Lourensford Estate, in association with Life Retreat Studio, is proud to announce the launch of PHASE 1 of South Africa’s first (and only) “Healing Hub” of its kind.

Experience body, mind, movement and breath in the heart of the Cape Winelands with Yoga, Pilates, Nia, Dancing, Kiddies Yoga, Yoga for pregnant moms, Zumba, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Bootcamp, and Meditation.

All classes are suitable for beginners, and we encourage men & women (of any fitness level & age) to try out our Life Retreat Studio – there is something wonderful for everyone to experience and enjoy.
