The Stellenbosch City Orchestra presents its brand new MUSIC FROM THE MOVIES show for the first time at the Lourensford Wine Cellar for two nights only!
The show is a combination of old and new sound track scores and will include music from famous composers such as Danny Elfman, John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Sidney Carter, Henry Mancini, Richard Strauss, Claude Michelle Schoenberg and Thomas Newman and will feature blockbusters such as Star Wars, Schindler`s list, Spiderman, Les Miserables, How to train your Dragon, Pink Panther, Harry Potter, Platoon, Gladiator and many more. Join the SCO, and massed choirs from Paul Roos, Rhennish and Paarl Vallei High Schools, on a memorable musical ride through the music of the silver screen whilst enjoying Lourensford`s prize winning wines.
