The Limited Release range, whilst aiming for consistency in range, is fundamentally a “mark of approval”, with wines only produced under this label if they reach the heights of taste and complexity. Each wine is produced in limited quantities only, and often sold on allocation to trusted friends and clients.

  • The wine is perfumed with wonderful exotic aromas of jasmine, lavender, grapefruit, hints dried apricot and white peach that balms the air. The pallet is filled with quince flavours complemented with hints of creamy lemon butter, nutmeg, ginger and vanilla. The wine has a flinty mineral finish and well balanced linear acidity. The wine has a brilliant linear acidity and dominant dense mineral core with layered sweetness and balanced acidity due to the natural fermentation.
