Life Retreat Studio
Life Retreat Studio is open seven days a week, and we offer numerous classes throughout the day. Our primary focus is on Yoga Classes, but we also offer Nia Dancing, Tai Chi, Pilates, Box Fit & Bootcamp. Our Yoga Modalities include Yin, ISHTA, Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Flow, Kundalini & Power. Learn to Meditate groups and private classes are also available. Taylor-made Packaged available to suit your needs and lifestyle.
In Summer we have Yoga classes in the great outdoors. We now have many online offerings, including our online Studio Classes, Healing Circles, and Health and Wellness webinars. All classes are suitable for all levels. We encourage men and women of any fitness level and age to join us. There is something beautiful for everyone to experience and enjoy.
Life Retreat also offers 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses throughout the year so that anyone can become a Qualified International Yoga Teacher.

There’s a spinning studio for spin and cycling enthusiasts and recently Suz has introduced boxing classes by a renowned boxing champ.
